Greetings from Paradise!
We are still in Gulfport, FL. We plan on staying here for a bit longer then we will be moving on. We aren't sure where yet, but we plan on going wherever God takes us. We have found a church to get connected to. The Summit will always be in our hearts but now First Baptist Church in St. Pete is where we are resting our heads. We are always on the look out for new friends with whom we can go to church, hang out or just have coffee.
We are so happy here and are reminded daily of how great life can be when you stop fighting God to have everything your way. Not to say everything is perfect, but we know now that hard times happen to everyone. It's not unique to have a hard life, and if you choose to embrace life's problems as the teachers they can be, you will begin to view things very differently.
No longer are we trying to figure out what our next step is. We have learned that it isn't our plans, titles, home, car or furnishings that define us. If it were we would be lost. Instead we find our identity in Christ. We don't fear failure, and instead embrace it. We know that every failure is something to celebrate. Failure means you get to try again.
